By purchasing a membership plan or accessing our materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. This website is owned and operated by AlbaSolutions SHPK. AlbaSolutions is the brand and trading name of AlbaSolutions SH.P.K. (Company No. 812458538), a company registered in Kosovo, which is the legal entity responsible for this platform and for all payment processing and contractual purposes.
Eligibility & Account Security
You must provide true, accurate, and current information during checkout, including your name, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access links or login credentials issued to you.
Permitted Use
All platform materials, online courses, and digital educational content are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing access credentials or redistributing our digital files is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund, subject to applicable law.
Live Sundays
Live Sundays are live one-to-one sessions included with every membership plan, offered in two age groups (up to 10, and 11 to 15). They are launching soon and are subject to availability: joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place, a particular Sunday time or a start date. Times, groups and joining details are confirmed by email and may be changed or rescheduled with notice. Features described for Live Sundays, such as session notes, rescheduling rules, a sibling discount and recommendation letters, are part of the programme as it launches; the exact terms of each are confirmed by email when places open. For children up to age 10 we ask that a parent or guardian is nearby during the session.
Payment & Billing
All transactions are processed in Euros (€) through Paddle, our authorized payment gateway partner. Where applicable, payment security measures such as 3D Secure verification may be used. You agree to pay the explicit package rate listed at checkout for your chosen membership duration.
Limitation of Liability
AlbaSolutions provides educational materials for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific professional, academic, or financial outcomes from taking our courses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kosovo, subject to any mandatory applicable legal requirements.
