Information We Collect

When you select an educational membership plan, we collect the minimal personal data necessary to execute and fulfill your order: your name, your email address, and your phone or WhatsApp number. We do not see, log, or store your credit card numbers; all payment credentials are encrypted and securely handled directly by Paddle, our payment processing gateway.

Kids Mode & Children's Data

Kids Mode lets a subscribing parent or guardian create a named profile for their child inside their own account, so the child can browse and read from a restricted, checkout-free view. We collect only what is needed to run this feature: a display name, a colour chosen by the parent, and the child's reading and learning activity (which books were opened, page progress, any star rating the child leaves, and in the courses: topics marked as learned, quiz scores, a daily practice streak and badges earned). We do not collect a child's date of birth, email address, or any other contact information, and a child never has a separate login of their own — access is always tied to the parent's account and subscription. The parent can view, edit, or permanently delete any kid profile and its reading and course history at any time from My Account.

Live Sundays Waitlist

If you join the Live Sundays waitlist, the form collects your name and email address, your child's first name and age, and your child's current level of Albanian. You may also add a country or time zone and a short note; both are optional and we ask you not to include sensitive information. We use these details only to contact you about Live Sundays and to suggest a starting course, and we do not share them with anyone else. We do not store your IP address with your entry. Joining is voluntary and you must be the child's parent or guardian. You can ask us to delete an entry at any time by emailing support@msoshqipen.com.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is utilized strictly to deliver your digital access credentials, send transaction receipts, and provide technical customer support via support@msoshqipen.com.

Data Protection & Security

We implement standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocols across our platform layout to help prevent unauthorized data access. We will never sell, lease, or share your personal data with third-party advertising companies.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to run this site. Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your cookie preferences; if you use Kids Mode, a signed cookie identifies which kid profile is active on that device so we can show the right restricted view. We also use a cookie consent tool to record and respect the choices you make about non-essential cookies. You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Your Rights

You maintain the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or request that your profile information be updated or permanently deleted from our active distribution lists, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements, by contacting us directly.
